It just amazes me how fast technology changes. I vaguely remember the first computer my family ever had. You know, one of those big bulky things that only played Pong. Or something like that.
Anyway, I got on a little Wikipedia kick (don't you just love Wikipedia?) and I found some interesting info and picts about Apple laptops. This is the "Macintosh Portable." Apple's first battery powered computer. It sold from 1989 - 1991. The ancientness of it reminds me of the movie Short Circuit.
Then came the PowerBook (1991 - 1999). Oh my goodness there is a palm rest before the keyboard. And a tracking ball? Quite revolutionary.
I'm sure you all remember these babies. So colorful. So clamshell. (1999 - 2006)
And that brings us to the current MacBook Pro. On the right is my old PC, bought in 2005. RIP dear beast of a computer.
We got this pict of Landon (very quickly, mind you) just to photoshop into a picture that Heather (Scott's sis) posted on Facebook.

This is the coolest picture! Apple should use it as a promo-it's never too early for a mac book!
