A Visit to the North Pole

Well, our little Santa Baby went to see Santa yesterday. It went just as I expected it would go...

Right before we left the house: (Landon: "I can't wait to see this so-called Santa!")
First millisecond after being placed in Santa's lap: ("Not too sure about this ma...")
Next millisecond: ("Get me outta here!")
And the following: ("Trying to tickle me will not help this situation or make me smile.")
So I step in: ("Much better but still don't like this dude. Period.")
After the Santa excursion we went to Tucanos Brazilian Grill for the first time. We waited for over an hour to be seated and were starting to consider going someplace else. However as anyone who has been there knows, it was TOTALLY worth it! For those who don't know why Tucanos is so special: There is an all you can eat buffet of side dishes you can help yourself to, then servers come around with 12 different types of meats (grilled on giant skewers) along with grilled veggies and pineapple (YUM!) for you to choose from. You just eat and eat and EAT. We pretty much couldn't move after we finished.

One thing I neglected to write about in the previous post of Winn family updates was Scott's trip to Nashville. He went to film a concert by the Cold War Kids at Jack White's studio. (Dude from the White Stripes.) He got to hang out with Jack in his never-before-seen-by-the-pubic lounge at the studio. Scott got some sweet concert and behind the scenes footage. Very cool!

Merry Merry Christmas!

All of my Santa pictures growing up were of me crying too. I think I cried because Santa always had bad breath. You should ask Landon if that was he reason for crying too :) And once again, I'm jealous of your husband! He gets to do such cool stuff!
